MADAM, - Please find enclosed two photographs which were taken at the former Rosina China Works in Sutherland Road, Longton, during the 1950s when my mum, Dorothy Stone (now Dorothy Rudd), worked there as a lithographer.
The first, seen right, shows a factory visit by the famous comedian and actor Frankie Howerd in the mid 1950s. Pictured with Frankie is Mr Reece, one of the company's proprietors.See the full content of this document
