A 28-year-old man accused of luring his enemy towards a knife- wielding gang told a court he was "in the wrong place at the wrong time".
Naim Aziz admits arguing with Damien Miller outside the Wedgwood Inn in Waterloo Road, Cobridge, before Mr Miller was stabbed and shot at on January 18 last year. But Aziz told Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court yesterday he had nothing to do with a masked gang he saw chasing Mr Miller towards Burslem minutes later.See the full content of this document
