A MAN caught red-handed by police with wraps of heroin ready to supply has had his jail sentence increased from 40 weeks to four years.

The Court of Appeal agreed with submissions made on behalf of the Attorney General, Dominic Grieve QC, that the original term handed out to addict David Benbow was "unduly lenient".
