GRANDAD Barry Walton was repeatedly punched in the head by his 63- year-old next-door neighbour in a dispute over noise. Mr Walton was attacked and punched four or five times by Sentinel seller Derek Martin, on June 6 this year.
The 73-year-old was pinned to the floor by Martin and the attack only ended when the victim's wife intervened in the incident in an S behind their homes in Leigh Street, Burslem.See the full content of this document
