CITY of Stoke prodigy James Taylor is the brightest local star in the annual under-15 UK ranking lists, having claimed the number one spot in the 80m hurdles. The St Peter's High School pupil came out top with a time of 11.09 seconds - which also lifts him to 13th on the United Kingdom all-time list.
