TUNSTALL: A drug addict who stole hundreds of pounds of cosmetics from Boots, in Tunstall, has been jailed by North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court. Scott Alexander Rigby, aged 21, of Hoskins Road, Tunstall, pleaded guilty to theft on September 14 of cosmetics worth Pounds 199.44.

He also admitted theft on September 15 of cosmetics worth Pounds 158.55.
