Trio Accused of Robberies

Summary


THREE men have appeared before North Staffordshire magistrates accused of robbery.

Paul Birks, aged 36, of no fixed address and 29-year-old twin brothers Michael Robert Caddick, of Argyle Road, Normacot, and Jamie William Caddick, of Fowley Street, Fenton, face two allegations of robbery. They are charged that on July 14 at Bargain Booze, Werrington, they robbed Roy Dean of Pounds 80 cash. They are further charged with robbing Gemma Heath of cash and cigarettes worth Pounds 1,260 at the Co-op in Anchor Road, Longton, on the same date.
