PORT Vale manager Micky Adams admits he is disappointed keeper Stuart Tomlinson left the club to boost his chances of securing a new deal.
Adams invited the former Crewe keeper to train with the club in mid-July, as he targeted extra cover for first-choice keeper Joe Anyon, who has yet to fully recover from the broken leg he suffered at Chesterfield in March.
