Jet-setting entrepreneurs could see a rise in their tax bills, an accountant has warned.

Draft legislation published by HM Revenue and Customs could see days of arrival in, and departure from, UK airports counted as days spent in the country for tax purposes. Under current tax policies, they are treated as hours outside UK boundaries, but the draft legislation is proposed to start on April 6.
