A BRANCH of the Co-op has won an unfair dismissal claim by a shopworker accused of aggressive behaviour towards her line manager. Dawn Macham was said to have thrown a badge towards the manager of the Eccleshall store, sworn at her and given her the V sign.
Miss Macham, of Meadow Close, Stafford, was suspended and eventually dismissed for gross misconduct, Birmingham Employment Tribunal heard.See the full content of this document
