STAFFORD crashed out of the FA Cup after a 3-2 second qualifying round replay defeat by Coventry Spinx at Marston Road.

Second-half strikes from Fabrice Kasiama and a Tom Thorley penalty were not enough as the Midland Alliance side shocked their Blue Square North hosts. The opening goal arrived on 19 minutes when Bobby Wilson's clearance ballooned up off Sphinx midfielder Aaron Donaldson and fell for Kelvin Phillips, who headed home.
