A YEAR OF celebration at Marsons concluded with a staff party. This event was not just another celebration of 50 years of garage business on Keele Road, it was a time to celebrate two more staff notching up 25 years each with Marsons. John Marson, chairman and managing director, said: that Adrian Banks , sales manager and Gary Clarke, fleet and business manager had both started with Marsons as junior apprentices after leaving college. "No other garage in the Midlands, if not the whole country, can boast of having so many staff with long term service record," said Mr Marson. "We now have 12 members of staff with continued service at Marsons of over 25 years each. Job satisfaction and long term employment with our staff reflects confidence for our customers.
"By coincidence," said Mr Marson," also on party night one of our longstanding customers, Mrs Margaret Steele, came to collect her new Fiat 500 Cabriolet. For over 40 years Mrs Steele and her family have been buying new Fiat cars from us. "Her first new car was the original Fiat 500, so taking delivery of the very latest eco- friendly 500 Cabriolet was quite a momentous occasion."See the full content of this document
