Shelton: Jurisdiction has been declined by North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in the cases of Faheem Mohammed and Fahad Zain.
Mohammed, aged 23, of Snow Hill, Shelton, is accused of assaulting Nafie Assis, occasioning him actual bodily harm at Shelton on May 7 this year and having with him in a public place a black handled knife. He has denied both charges.See the full content of this document
