NORTH Titans and South Sharks contest the final of the inaugural Spyderbats Colts Trophy tomorrow. The match, at Kidsgrove (12.30pm), sees the culmination of the competition, which is for young cricketers under the age of 19.
The 48 clubs in the North Staffs and South Cheshire League were split into four geographical regions, and played each other on a round-robin basis to decide the two finalists, with the West Warriors and East Eagles being eliminated at the group stage. Stone SP and Staffordshire batsman Jimmy Dawson, who has been managing the South Sharks, has hailed the tournament a success.See the full content of this document
