UNION leaders are urging the region's workers to help back their bid to secure further strike action.
Members of National Shop Stewards Network (NSSN) are planning a march and rally in London where they will lobby the TUC Congress for co-ordinated strike action in autumn. The rally on September 11 is expected to attract campaigners from across the country. Andy Bentley, one of the organisers of the Staffordshire branch of the NSSN, said: "When we staged a picket during the 24-hour walkout at the end of June there was a lot of support for what we were doing.See the full content of this document
