Concerning my speech in full council regarding Councillor Breeze's motion for the council to try to stop Realis from calling their Pounds 350 million project "City Sentral", where I complimented Councillor Breeze on his advertising and marketing skills. I don't think that Mr Norris, or Mr Woodhouse for that matter in his column got the point. It was what is called 'satirical sarcasm'.
