THE question 'where was the help?" regarding the tragedy of 64- year-old Yvonne Ferneyhough, who collapsed in a house full of rubbish and died (The Sentinel, February 25), was a pathetic situation similar to the case of Arthur Colclough in 2008.
A public inquiry was refused by Stoke-on-Trent City Council officials in 2008 and I would hope the present case is treated in a like manner.See the full content of this document
