We Have for a long time requested a new GP surgery and pharmacy in Middleport ever since the old one at Trubshawe Cross closed many years ago.

So, well done to Jackie Brindley and Karen Broadhurst from Duncalf Street for getting 200 signatures on a petition to site the surgery on the old school site in Middleport instead of their street - that's about 10 per cent of the community of Middleport, Longport and Dalehall.
