PARK sit-in campaigner Philippa Brown is questioning why no-one from Stoke-on Trent City Council has visited her during her five- day protest. Philippa, aged 50, moved into the tuck shop at Central Forest Park on Thursday afternoon in opposition to a council decision to award the contract to run the premises to a commercial business.

She wanted it to stay as a volunteer-run service, either by previous tenants Fusion, or a similar not-for-profit group.
