STUDENTS have every right to protest against the hiking up of tuition fees to a possible Pounds 9,000 a year. This is exactly what I would expect of a Conservative Government but people who voted for the Liberal Democrats have been sold down the river after the statement in their manifesto that fees would be scrapped.
Thousands of poorer students who are capable of achieving good degree passes will be put off going to university by the colossal debt they will have after three years' studying.See the full content of this document
