I Put some of my savings into a property fund four years ago and have been pleased with it, until very recently. When I rang to ask for a valuation I found I am getting a lower price if I want to sell. Why is this?

Property funds come in different shapes and size. Most of them hold property directly and own retail and office premises all over the country. Others hold shares in property companies instead, or perhaps as well.
