MORE than 100 new homes are to be built in an Pounds 11.5 million regeneration project.
Social landlord Aspire Housing has appointed developer Barratt Mercia to build 116 houses in Charter Road, Cross Heath. Earlier this year 59 houses on the site were demolished to pave the way for the scheme.
