Summary
PROPOSALS to transform the run-down shopping centre linked to Hanley bus station have been on the drawing board for possibly longer than anyone would care to remember. The Sentinel has been reporting the progress - or lack of it - since 1999, when plans were first unveiled to develop the precint with new shops and create jobs.
