Sir, - I have read your article on Aspire Care Call. I pressed my button round my neck and got no response. I phoned the free number and got no answer.
I have phoned the free number many times, no answer. I could have been lying there dead. I was told the engineer was coming the next morning to fix the fault. Nobody had come by dinnertime, and that day I phoned the number three times before I got an answer. I was told the engineer was coming and nobody came. Nobody contacted me for over a week, and then I had a letter stating that they were looking into my complaint. I have had their equipment taken away, as the service is no good, certainly not for an emergency. I have many health problems, including rheumatoid arthritis. Aspire are rubbish. Their care call service is rubbish, also any other work to do with Aspire, rubbish. Ask them about my bathroom.See the full content of this document
