The Stoke-on-Trent North MP, left, is considering launching a campaign for a change in Government policy to help organisations buy local food to help the economy and create healthy menus. The call comes in response to health bosses' controversial decision to award the University Hospital of North Staffordshire's catering contract to a company based in Wales.
