Burglar James Mulrenan avoided a three-year jail sentence despite raiding his third home in five years.
The 26-year-old, of King Street, Audley, had previously been convicted of burglary in 2003 and 2006, and under the three strikes protocol, he could normally expect a minimum three year sentence.See the full content of this document
