BEING made redundant four times in as many years would be enough to demoralise most people.
But father-of-two Malcolm Harris has shrugged off his misfortune to launch a successful distribution business. Sales at Bignall End- based Polymech, which distributes engineering plastics, reached Pounds 100,000 in 2008 and Mr Harris is on target to beat that figure this year.
