A Taxi driver was today due to appear before a court charged with a number of offences following the death of 21-year-old Katie Bennett.
Katie died two days after falling from a taxi in High Street, Newchapel, in the early hours of May 24. She had been returning to her home in nearby Meadow Court after a night out, and died from severe head injuries.See the full content of this document
