Jcb employees claim health and safety in the workplace is still not up to scratch - despite assurances from the company that it is a "number one priority".

The claims come in the wake of the digger giant being fined almost pounds500,000 after Paul McNamara, from Uttoxeter, and Darren Ellis, from Werrington, died in accidents at plants in Rocester and Cheadle in 2006 and 2005.
