GEOFF Horsfield has urged the Vale boo-boys to lay off Tommy Fraser after the skipper suffered more criticism in Saturday's 0-0 home draw with Gillingham. The 22-year-old central midfielder, pictured left, was targeted by a section of fans last season and has struggled to win over some of his detractors in the current campaign. Fraser starred in last month's fivematch winning run, starting all but one game in an unfamiliar wide midfield role, which propelled Vale to the top of League Two.
But, on Saturday, a minority of fans turned against Fraser before he was withdrawn at half-time.See the full content of this document
