HOP IT: More than 1,000 youngsters were treated to free activities in a bid to promote the importance of play. Attractions including a petting zoo, climbing wall and an obstacle course were set up at Hanley Park to mark National Playday yesterday. Signal 1 breakfast show hosts Perry and Louise also made an appearance. The event was hosted and part-funded by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, with other money coming in from the Big Lottery Fund.
