DRUG grower Dung Tran has been jailed for 18 months after being caught looking after up to Pounds 124,000 worth of cannabis.

Police caught the 49-year-old, who came to Britain from Vietnam on a six month visitor's visa last year, after raiding a house in Picton Street, Hanley, on July 9. They found the house had been transformed into a cannabis factory and recovered 546 plants.
