Final Days: Most people seem to write to you to complain, but I would like to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of all the staff at Garden View, Guardian Care, Trentham.
My mother suffered from Alzheimer's and had been a resident there for a couple of years when she was taken ill with a chest infection 10 days ago. The care she received until her death in the early hours of March 2 was second to none, as was the kindness and help we received. I would especially like to thank staff nurse Liz who was on duty over the weekend. She made an unpleasant experience much more bearable and kept us informed.See the full content of this document
