A 24-HOUR fishing event has raised enough money to help send a three-year-old cancer sufferer on a dream trip to Disneyland Paris.

Anglers from community group Staffordshire Regeneration Team raised more than Pounds 2,200 through last weekend's sponsored fishing session at Sammy's Pool in Fenton.
