Families have criticised the region's health bosses for failing to give enough funding to buy vital equipment for disabled youngsters.
They were responding to a report by charity Birth Defects Foundation (BDF) Newlife, which reveals how much each primary care trust (PCT) has spent on the equipment in a year.
