A 21-YEAR-OLD warehouse worker has become the first person in Stoke-on-Trent to be prosecuted for dealing a controversial party drug outlawed by the Government four months ago.

James Latham, pictured, has been given a 12-week suspended prison sentence after being caught dealing Class B mephedrone to a 16-year- old girl in Trentham.
