Never Assume: I feel I have to write to say I'm sorry, but I cannot agree with any of the emails sent in regarding Dr Bhatti's hospital parking problems.

While the hospital policy exists, unfair as it may be, we have to abide by the rules and take responsibility for ourselves, otherwise chaos would reign and even outsiders would be able to use the car park willy-nilly.
