In Reference to 'That's not fare' (The Sentinel, April 10). I think it's disgusting how many correspondents to The Sentinel's website (thisisstaffordshire.co.uk) are willing to tar all bus drivers with the same brush.

They go on about how poor a service First offers and how badly all the drivers treat you. I can honestly say I've never encountered that.
