Motherly Love: As Mother's Day approaches, I wonder how many folks remember that they have one. It is with regret that I did not appreciate my late mother, who sacrificed a lot for her children. I remember her having to pawn her wedding ring each week to put food into our mouths. No handouts from the Government. We had to put cardboard in our shoes if the soles wore out. Nowadays, if the name brand isn't the right one, they are thrown out.
We have a lot to be thankful for, being a mum of six myself, and well loved. Please remember to show your love to your mum.See the full content of this document
