It Beggars belief that five ex-Gurkhas had to fight during their High Court bid to stay in the UK. For nearly two centuries Gurkha soldiers have served this country.

Gurkhas who have retired from the British Army after 1997 have automatic permission to remain, but it beggars belief that those who left earlier must apply and can be refused and deported.
