A DECISION on plans to build a new house has been deferred for a site visit.
Members of Cheshire East Council voted to see the site at Rydal Way in Alsager themselves before deciding on the proposed two- storey building. The design shows that the 'L' shaped dwelling would have four bedrooms on the first floor and at ground level there would be two reception rooms, kitchen, cloakroom, utility room, study and double garage.See the full content of this document
