I Write in response to recent letters and articles from people suffering nuisance from the Tunstall Northern Bypass works.
Although many properties were leafleted in the 1990s by lawyers, these and other residents might not have been aware of the adverse impact the bypass would mean, and their potential entitlement to compensation from the council, for property depreciation and damage.See the full content of this document
