Two sets of stone circles have been created to highlight the planned transformation of a regeneration area - using pounds50,000 of taxpayers' money.
The design, which also features a red circle to symbolise the city centre and blue waves on the floor to signify the nearby City Waterside development, has been created to mark the entrance to a new community.See the full content of this document
