CHEF Edmond Arapi is to continue to fight to formally clear his name even though Italian authorities have admitted he is not responsible for murdering a man in Genoa in 2004.
The 29-year-old father-ofthree, from Leek, was cleared of murdering Castillo Marcello at the High Court on Tuesday. Despite Italian authorities abandoning moves to extradite him, Mr Arapi's lawyers fear there will be a further battle to clear his name in the Italian courts.See the full content of this document
