WELCOME to this week's music column from Signal 2. Here we give you the opportunity to find out about new albums that are out or about to be released. The great thing about writing this column is I can take a look at some unusual gems that may normally get tucked away and never heard.
One such collection that has just been released is The Mike Batt Music Cube. This is a retrospective collection with a difference. It is a cube rather than a box set, containing 16 discs, which together form a massive body of work from one of the UK's finest writers.
