WITH dreams of being an RSPCA inspector it's no wonder Charlotte Melvin is animal mad. The 20-year-old, who has just completed a national diploma in animal management at Reaseheath College in Nantwich, constantly comes to the aid of wounded and unwanted animals - many of which end up living at her home in Stephens Way, Bignall End.
