A TEENAGER who took the wheel of a stolen car because he "has more experience of car chases" than his accomplice has avoided an immediate prison sentence.
Peter Percy Rogers, aged 19, of Tunstall Road, Knypersley, pleaded guilty to taking a Daihatsu Fourtrak 4x4 parked outside a house in Congleton on October 12. He was seen less than half an hour later speeding away from a chasing police car.See the full content of this document
