DOZENS of villagers are supporting plans to knock down an eyesore restaurant.

Owner Joan Hutchings wants to demolish the vandalhit former Shylot restaurant, in Wilding Road, Ball Green, and build six houses. But a similar application was rejected by Stoke-on-Trent City Council in December.
