Bus and rail giant FirstGroup plans to cut costs by more than pounds200 million despite revealing a rise in revenues.
The parent firm of North Staffordshire's biggest bus operator First will make the savings across its businesses in the UK and North America by the end of March 2010. In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, it revealed its bus division achieved a "robust" performance, with like-for-like revenue growth of 7.3 per cent during the financial year to March.See the full content of this document
