BURSLEM: A charity race night will be held at Port Vale FC in aid of the Ruby Owen Fund. The event will start at 7.30pm on Thursday, August 27, and tickets, priced Pounds 6 each, will include entry into a prize draw and a pie, peas and gravy supper.

Two-year-old Ruby, from Kidsgrove, is currently undergoing chemotherapy for a brain tumour.
